Role: Business Analyst

Skills Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst
Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Review analyze and triage incoming projects.
Basic Knowledge of information technology systems, Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
Document requirements in the form of FRS
Part of the design solutions with highest possible user experience
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Validate/Test the solution to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria & lead UAT
Support the Go-Live related activities
Lead the development, testing efforts
Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan
Participate in System Integration Testing, Business Acceptance Testing
Participate in User Acceptance Testing
Smooth production deployment, hyper care and closure of the projects
